Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. Program Description
By opting in to receive text messages from Zhealus, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages related to assessing care follow-up. Message content may include reminders, informational messages, and other communications relevant to your relationship with us. Messages will not contain health information and are only used to direct you to our assessments. Please see our Privacy and Security Policies if you have questions regarding PHI and security.
2. Consent
You expressly consent to receive recurring text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology to the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. In fact, Zhealus will never charge you for this service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Zhealus, but you can expect approximately 6 messages over 15 days and this will not be recurring unless you have a new health visit event and re-register or unless otherwise disclosed at opt-in.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. We are required by law to state this sentence but Zhealus will never charge you. Charges are NOT billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Zhealus IS responsible for any charges incurred.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

7. Supported Carriers
Text messaging services are available on most major U.S. carriers, but Zhealus does not guarantee delivery or availability on all carriers or devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://zhealushealth.com. We do not sell your mobile number. Data may be shared with service providers solely to enable message delivery and support.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our text messaging program.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Text Messaging Terms at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
